  • Homes with similar square footage, number of bedrooms and baths
  • Homes with a similar age of construction, style and lot size
  • Homes with similar amenities, upgrades and condition
  • Homes in a close proximity, typically ¼-½ mile radius  
  • Home location, views, neighborhood and school district
  • Proximity to amenities
